An exclusive and youthful travel agent who was looking for a fresh look for their brand. I kept it classy with a bit of flair.
This logo was designed for a new wedding boutique that specialised in wedding dresses. It was essential to make it look beautiful and elegant.
Birding Ecotours asked me to relook their logo but keeping the core elementgs - the green and the owl. I redrew the owl to make it more modern and added hints of green as apposed to the big green block they had previously.
A company that makes cost effective fragrances wanted a logo that made it feel like their product was just as sophisticated as luxury brands yet cheap enough for the masses to afford. I had to meet in the middle and this is what I created.
I created this logo for an up and coming beauty salon. The owner asked me create something beautiful and delicate that would resonate with her clients.
Synapseon is a company in the medical technology field. They supply medical equipment to cruise ships. They wanted a logo that shows the seriousness of the business but that isn't boring and brings in the Synapse idea.
Limezest was a small communications company that asked me to design a logo and just have fun with it. I used illustration to create an eye-catching visual. This is what I came up with.
Siyabonga Thomo is a company that works with charities and community upliftment projects and that is where the idea of the hands came from.
Vic IT wanted a rebrand and wanted something more professional, intelligent and that gave them more visual presence. They loved this execution.
Mkhombo Mania is an annual event run by Youth Africa Birding. I created this logo using illustration of the target bird for the weekend the handsome Caspian Plover.
BarBoys is a mobile bar service run by two young professionals that wanted their logo to match that image.
Splashsticks is a company that makes little plastic stoppers that fit into the top of take-away coffee cup lids to stop it from splashing and spilling.
A concept for a Burger bar and pub which I created a fun logo for. The client said he wanted an old school feel and I tried to incorporate that into the design.

I decided to work with the fact that Sasol is already involved in conservation of birds all over South Africa. I created collectable cards that would be given away with each combo purchase. The front of the card has a character that kids will enjoy collecting and the back has facts about the actual species and about its conservation status. The aim of this is to bring awareness to people about the threats that many of our birds.
We did a campaign for Sasol Coffee that would make people smile - our target market was people getting coffee to make the morning better. We went for a humerous approach to get smiles on faces. “Arrive Happy!” was the line as it implied that no matter what you had to face in the morning, Sasol Coffee would help you arrive with a smile on your face. Our concept was tied together with humerous artwork containing jokes and witty one-liners. We did cup holders, radio, posters and social media promos
In 2012 we were tasked with designing a poster and look and feel for the annual Student Exhibitions. My "Look I am your FADA" poster won third place. I illustrated Darth Vader with the FADA (Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture) building reflected in his eyes.
We were exploring the humour approach and we got onto the fact that we were drinking beer at lunch time. We had a laugh and I said “Man, you need to fix your shit!” The idea had landed. We progressed to “Linctagon can fix your shit” and then cleaned it up - “Linctagon can fix that!” The idea was that whatever it is that you have, Linctagon can fix that, putting the idea in the mind of the consumer that if they had any physical ailment, Linctagon was their go-to remedy.
A simple yet effective branch window decal done for Standard Bank Sandton City. The idea was to make people want to travel and buy Forex in the branch.
A varsity campaign to advertise a hair convention hosted by a hair salon. This was the first time i ever did vector illustration and the idea was the the salon could do anything to anyone's hair.
Varsity papertoy project. We had to create a 3D papertoy of one of the animals at the JHB Zoo. Our designs were entered into a competition and 3 were chosen to be sold or given away at the zoo's education centre. My Wild Dog design was one of the 3 winners.
Varsity project. We had to design a craft beer that could be sold in JHB. I created a sophisticated beer aimed at young working professionals looking to just unwind after a hard day. It is classy yet fun.
